The Problem
M-Squared Learning needed more Title I teachers, but their previous ads were just not getting them the results they wanted. After taking a look at their current ads, we quickly realized that their ad was not talking to potential teachers at all, but rather talking about their company as a whole. Plus, they really didn’t like the aesthetic of the designs and felt it was too heavy.
The Solution
We honed in on why someone might choose to become a Title I instructor and turned that into the main headline. The copy talks directly to potential teachers and addresses all their questions and concerns. The design is friendly, airy, and calming.
The Results
I have to come back to this as the ad is only running Pesach, we’ve been updating the ad for various publications and advertising opportunities because it’s getting them the results they’ve been looking for.
